Testimonials
Lee Hammock—also known as “Mental Healness”—does a great job of breaking down narcissistic behavior from the inside out, especially since he shares his perspective as someone diagnosed with narcissistic personality disord. He has helped me to call out the gaslighting and lack of accountability. If I hadn’t given this group a chance I wouldn’t be able to admit all my issues are due to allowing that behavior.
Thanks Lee!

I found Lee in 2021 when my boyfriend da ex called him a narcissist and I had no idea what that even was. I started searching and found Lee’s videos and I started watching them. I have left and went back many times but this last time I went back I dove into Lees TikToks, podcasts, and you tube channel and I am now part of his mental healers support group and I don’t know where I would be without him and the people that follow him. I particularly like his “rant bubbles” lol.

I found Lee on YouTube when I started researching why someone would compulsively lie. Ever since the first video, I couldn’t stop watching because everything made so much sense. After a couple of months of watching his videos, I booked my 1 on 1, and Lee listened to my story and gave me in depth of what I should expect from the relationship I was in. I did a couple 1 on 1’s with him and it was really nice to get his perspective on things because he’s very spot on. Now I’m out of the toxic relationship and have been healing. I am in the support group which helps out tremendously, linking with people who have gone through similar trauma. If someone is suffering in a toxic/abusive relationship right now, I highly highly recommend starting with booking your 1 on 1 so you can start healing sooner than later.

I found Lee Hammock, aka Mental Healness, on YouTube about 4 years ago. Lee made so much sense out of my life experiences, including childhood, that I finally had a name for what I had been thru, and why I’m such a super empath. Hearing what it’s like in the mind of a NPD person brought so much clarity to my life. I am so grateful for his vulnerability & efforts to support survivors & thrivers of NPD toxic abuse! He’ll teach you how to set healthy boundaries w/ the narc(s) in your life. Choose how you respond (not just react) to the toxicity, gaslighting & reprogramming you’ve endured for far too long. Meeting Lee in person, to thank him face-to-face (2025 STL workshop) was on my bucket list. I will attend every one of Lee’s workshops in the STL area, moving forward! You should, also! Very reasonably priced & well worth every dime!
