About Me
What is going on beautiful people? I am Lee Hammock, the diagnosed Self Aware Narcissist known as Mental Healness across all social media platforms. My goal is the raise awareness for NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder), Get more people into therapy and also validate the victims and survivors of Narcissistic Abuse.
I have been in psychotherapy since October of 2017 dealing with this disorder and I’ve been public about it since July of 2019. I make videos about dealing with my disorder in order to assist survivors on their healing journey and also to show Narcissists (THOSE THAT ARE WILLING) that the disorder does not have to be the end of the world for them. My goal, since my very first post, has always been to help as many people as possible. The most efficient way to do this is 1 on 1 coaching. Although I can not diagnose any one (I’m not a therapist). I can perhaps offer you some clarity, guidance and some validation in the process. By providing the open perspective of a diagnosed narcissist.
